Equality Maryland Houseparty - Sunday, August 26 (4PM)

Here's a chance to support Equality Maryland and meet your neighbors. Many folks have asked for a way to be a part of the Marriage Equality movement without spending a large amount of money at Night Out for Equality. As a result, dedicated supporters all over the state are hosting casual house parties to help connect people to the movement and to raise money in whatever amounts folks can afford. This one's being graciously hosted by Nicole and Ruti Berner-Kadish at their home in Takoma Park. Go to http://www.equalitymaryland.org/events.htm#august26 to
for details and to RSVP or email susan@equalitymaryland.org.

Atlantic Stampede (the Gay Rodeo!) - Saturday, September 8 (10:30 AM)

Come to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds for this annual rock-em, sock-em event. And don't those cowgirls and cowboys look so hot in their denim duds! The full event covers two days (Saturday and Sunday) beginning each day at 10:30 and going to 6, and on Saturday there are
kids events beginning at 1 PM. Equality Montgomery County will have an information booth on Saturday, so stop by and say hi! Go to www.asgra.com for tickets, schedules and directions.

Mautner Project 17th Annual Gala - Saturday, September 29 (6:30 PM)

Join Equality Montgomery County at our table for the premiere DC area women's event of the year. The Annual gala dinner and reception benefits The Mautner Project - the national lesbian health organization - and its programs.
